Absolutely! My name is Zach and I am the Operations Manager here at MegaFans! I get to work very closely with our Marketing Director and CEO on a lot of things! Speaking of our CEO, he should be joining us a little later for the live questions section although I cannot make any promises as his schedule is very busy!

Absolutely! I am Matteo Martinez the Special Operations Manager here at MegaFans. I do a lot of field research in the blockchain space and lately have been working super closely with our upcoming NFT production!

Tell us more about MegaFans? What us it? What new can bring your project to crypto space?

MegaFans is building the world’s first mobile eSports community using blockchain, crypto, and NFTs in a play-to-earn environment for gamers, collectors, and developers. At our core, we are built around our software development kit (SDK), which can integrate with any mobile game application, offering a competitive game environment where anyone, anywhere, anytime can play against other gamers across the world, simultaneously, for prize pools.

What are your main short term and long term goals?

Unfortunately I don’t have any hard dates for you all, but we are super excited to launch our NFTs coming out later this year! These NFTs will have unique utility where players will be able to host their own tournaments inside of our mobile apps! We are also going to be launching our IDO later this year as well! By the end of the year we want to have at least 10 games in our ecosystem as well!
As for the long-term plan. We are looking to bring on more Dapps! We want to create the largest mobile, pc, and console ecosystem making our system open source and allowing users of our platform to get as creative with it as possible allowing for endless opportunity.

We have a laundry list of partners that we can name! We will explain our relationship with a few of them so that the partnership is better understood!

TechStars is our most important partnership. The mentorship that is provided throughout the Techstars program helped us experience massive growth. We worked with over 100 incredible mentors including web3 experts, serial entrepreneurs, ecosystem connectors, and advisors.
We had a campaign running in the past with Brave (and have some plans for the future) where we were directly marketing to their 15.5 Million DAU (50 Million MAU) about our upcoming IDO and registering users to our list of users who are interested and will be notified as more information comes out and we are constantly giving those users updates on the project as a whole.

There will be plenty of ways to get your hands on a MegaFans NFT! First we will be doing a whitelist campaign that we will run on our socials so look out for that! After that we will host plenty of tournaments inside of our games that allow players to give up their NFTs for a tournament and the winner of that tournament wins the NFT as a prize! We are also looking to have different Easter eggs inside of our games allowing players to get more entries to tournaments…or hopefully even an NFT!

Could you somehow enlighten us a bit more about the current MegaFans Summer Esports Tournament? What are the qualifications to actively engage, along with how can users will participate? What is the primary objective of this tournament?

The Summer Esports Tournament also known as our Summer Extravaganza is running right now! There are no qualifications to engage other than download one of our games and start playing to win! The event has a tournament in all of our games so whichever one of our 5 games you are best at you can play that one for your chance to win a share of the $100,000

We are explicitly against one user having multiple accounts as this creates an unfair environment for all of the other competitors! We actively seek our and ban duplicate accounts as we catch them but we are also working very closely with our Dev team on developing advanced security protocols!

How are You Bringing them to Your Platform?

Out platform has a unique SDK that is available to the MegaFans team and partners! If devs create new game and they want to give out Web3, Crypto, or NFT assets, then we would love to partner with them to help host tournaments inside of their games. We have a whitelabel solution that makes giving out prizes easier than ever! It doesn’t take long to drop our SDK into other games and it is fully customizable!

How many active users does your platform have registered? Is there any referal program or any ambassador program from different countries to attract more users in your platform?

We currently have just under 500,000 registered users and we have yet to kick our marketing efforts into overdrive. With our upcoming NFT launch we plan to reach new markets and increase our marketing in markets we are already active in!
There is not currently a referral program but as an NFT owner it will be very close to an Ambassador program that allows you to speak with the MF team directly and give input as well as an opportunity to earn more outside of the games!

Play 2 earn games are progressing very fast in 2022. But users mostly prefer the game for a long time which is interesting to play and rewarding to. What Megafans is doing to achieve this ?

We have witnessed the rise of Play-To-Earn gaming and believe that we have a system that works especially well for the community and players. We have a game first economic system allowing for our games to take the spotlight and the tokens are a treat for playing rather than having players do a grind in order to get tokens. We want players to learn and enjoy our games fully and by doing so they can earn tokens

Does MegafansEsports have any PC version available? If we want to download your game, how can we do that? Do we need to pay before playing your game?

We do not have a PC version yet, currently we are all mobile. We do intend to work on a PC version in the coming future as we understand that a lot of Web3 projects and more are PC based. Open Sourcing the front end of our SDK will allows u to get this done sooner!

You mentioned that a portion of the entry fees would be given to a charity. Can you let us know what percentage of the entry fees collected will be given to a charity? What led you to decide to support an all-women coding school in Afghanistan as well as ones in Southeast Asia and Africa?

We have done several tournaments in the past where 100% of the entry fees go towards the charity and we look to do more in the future!
Our CEO has always wanted this to be a part of our mission as a company to support when possible! He traveled the world as a child alongside his parents and saw the inequality in the world and wanted to use our team and our mission to make a difference!

Can we have to invest first in order to play games ? And is there any KYC verification needed?

Hi King Kong, You do NOT have to KYC to play our games. We are a bridge between Web2 and Web3 so, you download our games from any of the major app stores — Apple, Google, Huawei and Samsumg. You buy in-game tokens through the app stores (required by them) then use those tokens to enter our tournaments where you can win NFTs, Cryptos, Cash and Gift card links as rewarded game play.
