Hello, Satoshi clubbers! Another AMA took place in Satoshi Club and we would like to introduce to you the AMA session with our friends from Healing Potion and our guest was @MaverickHP — representative of Healing Potion. The AMA took place on the 14th of October.

The total reward pool was 500$ and has been split into 3 parts.

In this AMA Recap, we will try to summarise the most interesting points for you.

Part 1 — introduction and questions from the Website

Mary | Satoshi Club:
Hello Satoshi Club! We are happy to announce our AMA session with Healing Potion! Welcome to Satoshi Club

D. | Satoshi Club:
Today our guest — @MaverickHP !

Welcome to Satoshi club!

MaverickHP:
Hello everyone! Big thanks for allowing us to chat about HPPOT today with such an amazing community. Super excited to be here!

Mary | Satoshi Club:
We are also excited and

let’s start our AMA

Maverick, could you please introduce yourself and tell us more about Healing Potion

MaverickHP:
No worries at all, many of our community members know me as Maverick (its actually my dogs name) but my real name is Dave (im fully doxxed over at the HPPOT site). I have been lucky enough to successfully start and continue to operate a successful real world business for the past 10 years in Australia which has provided me with a considerable amount of business and commercial experience.

Mary | Satoshi Club:
Ahaha, Dave))) now we all know)

What is your position at Healing Potion?

MaverickHP:
I decided to stealth launch HPPOT back in May as a result of a, like many of us, falling victim to scams across this space, something had to be done so I took it upon myself to launch this project, shortly after I approached Jesse to help me continue with the project and therefore we decided to cofound the project together.

Jesse had also been victim to scams as well, so he was more than happy to start the clean up on BSC with me haha.

Mary | Satoshi Club:
Gotcha! And yes, if you have never been a scam victim you’re not in crypto

and that’s sad part of our reality

MaverickHP:
Yeh that’s it for now, but we hope to change that sentiment.

Mary | Satoshi Club:
Cool! Hope you will be able to!

How big is your team for now?

MaverickHP:
Currently, our dev team includes 6 team members, Jesse, Peach, Sam, Garlic our bot Syre (amazing CM), and myself.

We also have an amazing modding team.

And our project’s biggest asset is our community.

They are all part of the team for HPPOT.

Oh and Golem.

Who is an actual bot.

Mary | Satoshi Club:
Small but strong team

MaverickHP:
Yeh, we have a lot of experience across the team

Mary | Satoshi Club:

MaverickHP:
This is reflected in the products we have delivered so far.

Oh, I forgot Bol, sorry Bol!

MaverickHP:
So thats 7 in the dev team

Mary | Satoshi Club:
Bol! We remember you

Dave, thank you for your intro! I feel that we are ready for the questions from our community to dive deeper into the details of Healing Potion

Are you ready?

MaverickHP:
Sounds good, fire away.

Mary | Satoshi Club:
Let’s go

Q1 from Telegram user @MudaraSilva
You have said, “Franchise strategy defines Healing Potion as one of the very first centralised decentralised finance projects (CeDeFI)”. Although I am familiar with central finance and decentralised finance, CeDeFi is a new concept for me. Can you deeply explain this idea? How does CeDeFi outperform CeFi and DeFi? What are the advantages of choosing this CeDeFi model? Further, how does this franchise strategy help to make Healing Potion a CeDeFi?

MaverickHP:
Great first question thanks @MudaraSilva, I think first to understand why we fall into CEDEFI is to first talk about what CEDEFI is, for us our interpretation is centralised decentralised finance, which for us is structured similar to the way a centralised parent company would manage a number of brands and assets as part of its corporate structure. A good example of this would be Alphabet, the company that owns not only google but a number of companies across the globe. For us, we integrate this concept of a parent company to HPPOT where HPPOT is the parent token that will own a number of various decentralised projects across the BSC space (cross chain in the future). Thus the idea of HPPOT CEDEFI.

This is where the franchise contracts make an appearance in the ecosystem. Franchise contracts are designed to be launched and managed by the HPPOT team and community, however within their individual tokenomics there will be a tax that buys HPPOT on each buy/sell (a franchise fee). An example of this is our upcoming wallet copy trading platform Moonforge which will pay a franchise fee of 1–2% on each transaction buying HPPOT. The moonforge token has its own brand, team and vision which on its own will be successful however as the concept is HPPOT owned it will pay a franchise fee to the HPPOT holders. All franchise fee project wallet holders will be buying HPPOT with the franchise token transactions and will become HPPOT holders. We aim to duplicate this method with all our upcoming franchises. This will not only build more HPPOT holders but also bring consistent trading volume to our HPPOT chart.

We have a good explainer video you can watch that talks about franchise contracts.

Here is also an image that might help too (it’s a bit of a meme one but it will help communicate the concept).

However, in our case, HPPOT and its community will own 100% of all our franchise contracts.

Similar to how Elon musk has many interests our HPPOT holders will essentially all be Elon Musk with HPPOT. Fingers in many pies!

Mary | Satoshi Club:
So, how many companies you aim to own?

How community will influence this process?

MaverickHP:
Well, in our case we wont own companies, but franchise contracts which themselves can range from marketplaces, defi platforms, memes, anything really, the opportunities are limitless which is the power behind this type of model

We are not a stationary project, we can continue to offer a future through new franchise projects over time

Mary | Satoshi Club:
Gotcha

interesting concept!

MaverickHP:
We would hope to have at least 3–5 franchise projects in the space by end of calendar year 2022

We already have the first 3 planned, Moonforge, Brewlabs, and Crowbar.

Mary | Satoshi Club:
How project can join your franchise? Is it possible?

MaverickHP:
And concepts for others.

Very easily, it would just need to be vetted by our team and to fulfill a verified need in the space.

Then a tax of some kind would be applied whether through tokenomics or other.

Mary | Satoshi Club:

MaverickHP:
That particular franchise project would be exposed to our community.

So a huge leg up in terms of growth.

Mary | Satoshi Club:
Awesome!

Thank you for your answers! Ready to proceed?

MaverickHP:
No worries at all, certainly!

Q2 from Telegram user @chinyere2020
Your 2021 product line includes “Golem bot”, “Brewlabs”, “Cauldron project”, “Secret project” and “Bot yard”. Can you explain the features and uses of these products? How many of these products are ready for use? When should we be expecting the products to be ready for use if some are not ready yet?

MaverickHP:
Huge question, ill try to keep it brief haha.

The Golem is actually live and is active in approximately 25 channels across TG, it is in some considerable communities during their peak such as safemoon cash, tiki, ghostface to name a few, there are plenty of functions in this product that are new to the space, its dynamic and innovative, you can probably use it in this channel for you amas. The bot includes some really cool tools for your community including price, ama, social (captures all your latest posts about the project) and an awesome captcha that will provide info from whereabouts your community members are joining from.

We have a video available for you to check too right here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1hjQHZrCftg

I might add we do offer custom bot builds.

Moving onto the Bot yard, again this is a new concept to the space which is a few weeks away from launch. We are just working on the logo and background image. https://adoring-johnson-3c884f.netlify.app/ here is the local. There are approximately 500M telegram users across this platform. There are a number of bots in this platform that communities utilise, there are trading bots in crypto, there are sniping bots, you name it there are bots for it these days, so with that said we decided to create a bot marketplace where bot vendors can list their various bots for sale in one spot. Currently there is no platform like this, it is essentially the first bot marketplace for TG. We will continue with some small updates before we go onto the botyard.tools domain but watch this space this platform will be the goto platform for bots in TG. HPPOT will feature on this platform by means of a voting mechanism, we will order bots (that are not featured in advertising) placed on their votes, to vote you will need to hold $15 of HPPOT. Similar to websites like coinsniper but instead you need to hold HPPOT.

Brewlabs (brewlabs.tools) is a monster project and will also be announced as a franchise contract, it will not have a tax on purchase but rather taxes built into brewpool and staking pool withdrawals. Brewlabs in its final form will be a cross chain dex (bridge in development right now — due to land in testing this week think pancakeswap, but cross chain), cross network bridging platform, LP locking platform, furnace platform (new concept), IDO, charting and portfolio platform. It will have all of the most common tools in the defi space centralised into a single dapp workspace. It will take time to develop and roll out in components but the first component is almost finished which is our Brewlabs Bridge. It will be launching with 5 cross chain capabilities eth, bsc, matic, kcc and trx. We will be able to offer tokens the opportunity to a) go cross chain b) eventually trade cross chain with our own dex and bridge combination. Shortly after Brewlabs Bridge will be the furnace (which is part of moonforge), our first staking pools, and the brewlabs freezer (LP locker).

Brewlabs also includes the Brewlabs Services Hub which offers contract auditing, contract engineering, contract bridging (with our brewlabs bridge), consulting and advertising referrals.

The cauldron will be amalgamated into Brewlabs.

Most importantly our products are designed to generate income for the project without dev/marketing taxes which benefits holders as they are receiving the full transactional tax of 7% reflections. Many other projects do not get to this stage, we are now a registered earning business offering services and products both online and soon to be locally. The devs work exceedingly hard, donating a lot of the revenue generated from Brewlabs and Golem back into the project.

D. | Satoshi Club:
Thank you for the detailed answer!

ready for the next question?

Mary | Satoshi Club:
I see a huge volume of work

are you sure you will be able to maintain everything at the proper level? Where are you going to get resources for this?

MaverickHP:
Yes good question, we have another dev that is on standby at the moment, hes currently displaced due to COVID and we also have another remote dev I have been speaking with recently who is looking to join the team. I might add that we have also achieved all of this to date by only working part time on this project, all the team members have full time jobs in AU. If we had full days on this (hopefully in the future) we would be able to deliver even more.

Mary | Satoshi Club:
Thank you, this is clear

Ready to go to the next question?

MaverickHP:
Yeah

Q3 from Telegram user @jodasf
As your white paper mentions, the types of “Moonshot” projects will continue to become more and more popular driven by the viral success of many other projects and by the lack of experience of many users, I know that Healing Potion has been created to offer useful tools to help the “Moonshot” community identify the legitimate projects from the fraudulent ones, so, could you briefly describe your tools, tell us exactly what are their functions, what guarantees that they are really useful and finally how you can prove to us that they do not belong to those types of fraudulent projects without any real utility.

MaverickHP:
Good question, for us we have a secret weapon, bots and the ability to build bots. That means that all of our utility tools can offer more than just binary information from projects, we can build bots that scan contracts, scan for whales, scan for honeypots, we can offer something special on our platforms. So for example usually the first stop for any user in this space is the chart whether it be on poocoin, dext, bogged its usually check the chart, and start looking at the volume. On existing charting platforms there are no warnings if you are buying a honeypot, (there are some LP warnings on poocoin) but what if the user could look at the chart and find the holder info, contract security info, contract function info and safety rating etc. That’s what we hope to offer from a technical standpoint, make the information available to the user before they make that decision to purchase the project, we offer utility that can offer automated due diligence to help improve decision making. That being said automation cannot protect investors from devs that dump so that’s one thing we cannot control.

Mary | Satoshi Club:
Do you only plan or already built some bots of such type?

MaverickHP:
Yeh we have some in house tools already we use to help in our contract auditing process.

Peach is a very talented coder.

Mary | Satoshi Club:
It’s really cool

Thank you for your answers! Ready to jump to the next question?

MaverickHP:
Sure!

Q4 from Telegram user @yellowchamp
As stated in your twitter that $HPPOT is going to be the central token for all it’s franchise tokens and you have plans for five franchise tokens by next year. So,as a central token can you explain what will be the main role of $HPPOT token in your platform? Can you tell us more about the franchise tokens of Healing Pot? As you plan to release five franchise tokens by next year, can you give some advance idea and overview about it? Why do you need to release 5 franchise tokens in your platform? What will be the impact a of having many franchise tokens within Healing Potion network? Any advantages it brings to your network and to the users and investors of your platform? Thank you

MaverickHP:
I think I covered this a bit further up but lets touch on it again, HPPOT will be the top of the food chain, all roads lead to rome in this case HPPOT. If we can achieve 5 franchise contracts next year that means we will have 5 communities buying hppot on each buy/sell or by some other means within that project. That means we will have 5 opportunities to expose new communities to HPPOT as we build those franchise communities. Each community will be able to benefit from each others with HPPOT connecting them all. Having 5 franchise contracts will be massive for us and will most notably increase the burn on HPPOT. It is important to note that HPPOT will be the only deflationary token in its entire ecosystem, that’s why its so important to get in now and hodl, it’s got a huge future ahead (DYOR of course). Most importantly the concept of franchise contracts gives our community something to look forward too, something for the project to live into, a future, we keep creating new dapps, new marketplaces, new concepts if gives all of our holders a journey. We don’t just stop at one utility token or one dapp, we have a future and the franchise contracts allow this to happen.

I might also add that we get to double down on our community with each franchise launch.

Mary | Satoshi Club:
What benefits HPPOT holders will have except franchise contracts? Because mostly plans are for 2022).

MaverickHP:
Our first franchise contract is due to land before the end of this year, Moonforge.

We also have a range of utility tools being released before the end of the year most notably the Brewlabs Bridge and Furnance. A benefit of being a HPPOT holder across our utility tools is holders will get 50% off any fees when using those tools.

Our strategy is to first build the utility tool kit we need to meet the communities needs, then start the roll out of the franchise contracts so the community can maximise their investment with the toolkit on hand.

Mary | Satoshi Club:
This makes sense

MaverickHP:
That’s it.

Mary | Satoshi Club:
Thank you for your answers! Ready to jump to the next question?

MaverickHP:
Other people who may not necessarily know about HPPOT but will come across our utility tools will then discover HPPOT and its franchise contract ecosystem.

Mary | Satoshi Club:

MaverickHP:
Yeah

Q5 from Telegram user @DK177
There is a total tax of 12% per transaction and it includes buy, sell and transfer transactions. If we think a trader purchase 100 tokens, sell them, and withdraws funds, his withdrawal amount is equal to the value of 78 tokens, 12% was deducted in the buy transaction and another 12% was reduced in sell transaction. Therefore, investors have to rethink about investing in Healing Potion. My question is, why did you impose a high tax without paying attention to this issue? What are the utilities of these tax funds? In the future, do you have any plans to revise the tax percentage? Do you offer any options such as purchasing a large amount tokens, holding tokens for a specific time frame to enjoy a lower tax rate?

MaverickHP:
A 12% tax is not exceedingly high but we understand it can cause a barrier to entry. Taxes are adjustable in our contract so we may consider reducing them in time, that being said given what HPPOT has to offer its holders and their future I think a fair tax to circulate volume and deter whales dumping is also beneficial. The tax is going to the holders and the LP so its a fair tax and helps regenerate your wallet from some of those degen losses haha. At this stage we have not explored any bulk token purchases or time specific rewards. Maybe we will explore those options in the future. We are all about innovation!

Mary | Satoshi Club:
Will you have some kind of governance on your platform? Or your decisions will be centralized?

D. | Satoshi Club:
For buying your tokens, people have to set up a specific slippage on DEX? 12%? with which DEXs are you working at the moment?

MaverickHP:
At this stage, centralised but when the time is right I think we will integrate governance. It really depends what the community wants as well, they play a big role in what we do. We already have a pseudo governance in place by voting on a number of key decisions in the past. We like to consider all options, we try to promote this as a community run project (for the most part).

We are on pancakeswap, slippage is 13–14%. We will be exploring FEGEX shortly after our Whitebit listing, we also have a fiat on-ramp in route.

So there will be a range of means to access HPPOT soon (other than PCS)

D. | Satoshi Club:
Nice, many cool things in the pipeline

MaverickHP:
Indeed

D. | Satoshi Club:
Appreciate for answers, let’s proceed to the last question from part 1

Q6 from Telegram user @Asela1112
According to your Roadmap, Healing Potion planned to 100% donation from NFT Sale to charity or production houses by a Community poll in Q3–2021. But It wasn’t completed yet. Why is that? Can you tell us What are the names of the Charity organizations & Production houses that you planned to donate funds? What did you do with the funds coming from NFT marketplace, Did you deploy them on other purposes such as marketing, collaborations etc..? Please give a description on the upcoming charity events of Healing Potion platform in future?

MaverickHP:
Sounds good.

Great question and I am glad this has been brought up, we haven’t had a chance to deploy our NFT collection yet (the large one) solely due to lack of time and resources, we hit a hurdle shortly after the stealth launch with the market crashing, that being said it is still on the cards and we hope to drop a 1000 x potion NFT collection but at this stage it might be later in Q1 or Q2 of 2022.

Focusing on the donations, we do have a indie game artist we are going to be donating too before the end of the year, he is a very talented artist, for us there is no other reward but the benefit of giving back to the people who create the games we play and have played through our lives. Forlorn is the game and its is an australian based developer you can check out the game website at https://www.forlorngame.com/ We have seen this game IRL it is amazing, we look forward to supporting it as one of our first donations. Perhaps we will get an easter egg in there!

I might also add to this something that is very important to touch on.

We are one of the only revenue-earning BSC projects in the space that does not tax its holders

This is very important to grasp.

Because it will allow us to offer donations to artists in the future.

Mary | Satoshi Club:
True

MaverickHP:
Or creators

We won’t have to rely on revenue from volume.

We can generate our own income

Mary | Satoshi Club:
It’s important, thank you for doing this!

MaverickHP:
And opt to donate it.

Or reinvest into the project.

I think every donation helps indie creators.

Innovation is very important and we need to encourage creativity.

And if we wanted to, we can also make charitable donations for other means as well.

We have that freedom due to our revenue model.

Mary | Satoshi Club:

Part 2 — live questions from the Telegram community

Q1 from Telegram user @sirdefi
I read that one of the products you offer is: Bots Yard, being the first bots market in the crypto space, can you explain to us what kind of bots we can find in this market? What are the steps to trade a bot here?

MaverickHP:
Thanks for this question, I think it’s a good one to start with given the pending release of this platform.

The Bot Yard (not boatyard — I had a funny typo earlier) offers a range of bots but will be targeted mostly to telegram bots, so for example if someone makes a new price bot, captcha bot, a countdown bot, a bot that can connect to smart contract API, a game bot, gif bot, etc that particular developer can now list their bot on the bot yard marketplace to allow for people to find and purchase that bot (if there is a cost).

If you wanted to list a bot on the bot yard you can do so now, its free! You can choose to pay for featured or premium placement on the platform. We will need to verify that you are the bot owner which we will do with you directly. Once the bot is listed people can find the website and possibly find your bot if that’s the type of bot they are looking for. Our marketplace will then connect the buyer and the bot vendor so they can arrange payment between themselves. The Bot Yard does not facilitate the payment which makes it somewhat decentralized, it only facilitates the listing and display of the bot.

Q2 from Telegram user @Pratze
Healing potion will launch UNIBRIDGE in the near future, but I don’t understand what function and feature UNIBRIDGE will have. can you explain what its function and what are the benefit for user?

MaverickHP:
Thanks for the question Robocop!

Due to the nature of blockchains, there will also exist gaps between each native chain, for now, people need to use CEX for centralized bridging or bridge dapps for decentralized bridging. We are looking to deploy a uni bridge that can offer a link to up to 5 different blockchains upon deployment. The bridge is designed so that communities who want to explore cross-chain possibilities have that option. As part of the Brewlabs Services Hub, we can deploy pegged tokens for projects, that means we that we can offer other BSC projects a pathway to another chain as well as the tokens on the other side. We are offering a holistic bridging service for projects and their communities.

In the future we will be able to incorporate the Brewlabs Bridge into the Brewlabs dex allowing for cross chain trades to take place. We will need a large number of pools for this dapp which is why Brewlabs will be released as a core DEFI token similar to PCS designed to reward those who would be providing liquidity for the cross chain pools.

Q3 from Telegram user @chiasoonsiong
What is your top priority in Q4 2021? Could you share some plans for the upcoming year?

MaverickHP:
Thanks Soon!

Our top priority for Q4 is the MOONFORGE & Brewlabs Bridge! Moonforge is an amazing franchise token, I would recommend jumping in our channel to find out more about it.

A few brief points about Moonforge, will allow users to choose any BSC reflection both existing and future. The platform behind the project will allow for copy trading of wallets (similar to etoro) not just trades. There will be an NFT concept in the platform and some cool personal functions for each wallet. I don’t want to talk too much about it there are some components of the project that are not public yet. We will have our logo design soon and with that our website shortly after.

We also want to ensure strong community transparency and organic growth. Our community is amazing and we want to continue to grow that part of the HPPOT project.

Q4 from Telegram user @Gbasdfg
At your roadmap’s Q4, you plan to Explore CEX listings. Is your token currently listed on any exchange? is there a plan to list your token on a big exchange like Binance?

MaverickHP:
Thanks for the question Rosana.

Yes as a matter of fact we are listing on WHITEBIT this coming Monday 18/10/2021 with their PREMIUM advertising package. This means we are listing with banner adverts, whitebit amas, trading competition, and exposure to over 700k people in their email database. It’s going to be a very exciting time for the project and a huge milestone.

Q5 from Telegram user @messilolz
Where do I know more about Healing pot team members and their background? Do you have Linked id profile and are you a public team?

MaverickHP:
Hi Messi MA!

Yes, we do, you can find that information on our website. We are also a registered Australian company and audited by dessert finance

healingpot.info

Q6 from Telegram user @leixagarcia
On your website you mention that you have a “secret project” which is a tool to change a certain industry forever, can you give us details about this tool? In what kind of cases is it used? Can it really change a company forever? Who is this tool aimed at?

MaverickHP:
Hi Super-Girl

I can give two words away for this — “The Matrix”

It’s very cryptic but it will make sense when we make the announcement.

Good luck haha!

Q7 from Telegram user @ysasoma
Smart contracts are very important, that is why I would like you to explain how the Healing Potion contract works, how many times it has been audited or how many times you plan to audit it and what security systems or mechanisms will you use to protect it from malicious attacks by individuals, groups or organizations?

Q8 from Telegram user @Robotliker1
Many projects have different marketing strategies to attract new investors and increase token value. what marketing plans do you have ahead for this?

MaverickHP:
Hi Anderson!

Marketing is the age-old question and you are right to ask it, it really is one of the most important components to the success of any business whether in this space or the real world. You cannot sell a secret.

Healing Potion is unique in the sense that we did not run a presale, we had no prior hype, we just….spawned. We have built our community organically through the means of youtube, telegram, word of mouth, etc however one challenge we identified was that we don’t have a tax for marketing which was restrictive. To combat that we had to innovate and start to create services and products which has to lead us to where we are now. Brewlabs is a considerable workhorse for the project which generates funds for future development and now marketing. The entire lead-up to WB listing has been funded by Brewlabs covering a range of marketing costs. Looking forward to incoming generating in the project we can consider ongoing marketing ventures with considerable partners such as chain adoption who have provided gateways to marketing avenues used by some of the largest blockchain projects in the space.

So to answer the question, our budget is not unlimited but it grows every week and with that, we will use chain adoption, influencers, and our community to build awareness for our project, not to mention the utility tools themselves and the franchise contract presales!

Q9 from Telegram user @MinxOxyde
I see there is “Bastion” special project mention in the whitepaper, is this the secret project from Healing Pot? can you share something about this special project? only for Satoshi Clubbers….

MaverickHP:
Hi Minxoxyde

Cool name! Ah, Bastion is not a secret project but it has to do gaming and will be a franchise contract for 2022.

The two words I dropped earlier were the first anyone has heard in regards to the secret project! So you did hear it here first.

Q10 from Telegram user @Madan94495721
On Which chains or networks we can expect Healing portion will be next so that interesting projects can easily collaborate with your team?

MaverickHP:
Hi Madan!

We will be on ETH next I suspect then MATIC. Looking forward to exploring those cross-chain possibilities. Ideally, we will get across all 5 of our initial bridged networks in due course. We are always looking for collabs so feel free to reach out!

Cheers.

Part 3 — Quiz Results

In the final part, we tested your knowledge in terms of Healing Potion. They’ve prepared 4 questions for this part. The total reward pool for the quiz was 300$.
